Joy Invite lets you create personalised digital invitations using ready-made templates, AI-powered scanning, and editing tools. Features, designs, and customisation options may vary by template. All products are digital unless stated otherwise.

Our AI Magic Scan helps extract names, dates, events, venues, and other details from uploaded wedding cards or patrikas. While we aim for accuracy, AI may occasionally miss or misinterpret information. Please review your invitation carefully before finalising it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide or approve and for having permission to use uploaded content.

You must proofread all invitation details — including names, muhurats (auspicious timings), dates, Gotras, ceremonies, and venue addresses — before downloading, printing, or distributing. Joy Invite is not liable for errors arising from the use of AI-extracted data without user verification.

You can preview your invitation before purchasing. Prices and applicable charges are shown at checkout. After successful payment, your invitation can be generated and downloaded according to the selected product.

Minor differences in preview quality, resolution, or device playback may occur. Technical issues affecting paid orders will be reviewed and resolved wherever reasonably possible.

Joy Invite is a purely digital platform. Upon successful payment, your invitation is generated instantly and made available for download through your account dashboard and direct download links.

No physical shipment or courier delivery is involved. Downloads are accessible immediately after payment confirmation, subject to the selected product entitlements.

If you encounter delivery failures, technical defects, or download issues, please contact support. We will review and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Post-payment editing is available where supported by your purchased template and its editor features. Certain designs, animations, and elements may remain fixed. Changes made after downloading will not automatically update previously shared invitations.

As invitations are personalised digital products, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after successful generation and delivery.

Duplicate payments, failed delivery, unresolved technical defects, or incorrect products caused by platform errors will be reviewed for correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain protected.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You retain rights to your original uploaded content and must have permission to use third-party photos, music, or material. External platforms may apply their own copyright restrictions.

Joy Invite reserves the right to refuse, remove, or restrict access to any upload, invitation, or content that violates these guidelines, without liability:

• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material
• Defamatory, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Copyright-infringing material without proper licence
• Impersonation of another person or entity
• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

Joy Invite templates, animations, graphics, and platform content belong to Joy Invite or their respective licensors. Purchased invitations may be used and shared for personal celebrations, but templates or design assets cannot be copied, resold, or commercially redistributed without permission.

You retain rights to your original uploaded content and must have permission to use third-party photos, music, or material. External platforms may apply their own copyright restrictions.

We use your information to create invitations, process payments, maintain accounts, and provide support. Necessary information may be processed through trusted service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Users must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, bypass payments, or interfere with our services. Joy Invite may restrict accounts involved in such activities.

We work to keep the platform reliable, but occasional maintenance, internet issues, third-party interruptions, or device compatibility differences may affect performance. Permanent storage or lifetime access is not guaranteed unless specifically offered.
